This event commenced with a Let's Talk session on emotional expression and resilience delivered by the Mental Health Student Ambassadors, followed by a workshop on photography and an online art competition.

KHAYAL , an evening of inciting worlds into creation as the reins of language are let loose.
It was a special event in an anthology of epilogues for TICC’s flagship event “LUMINESCENCE” aimed at illuminating the sphere of emotional expression for individuals to empower themselves and thrive.
It was a collab pre event along with LitSoc .
It was an open mic day where anyone could open up and express his/her thoughts in the form of a poem or a song and we received a massive response .
Luminescence 2023
In a splendid showcase of mental health awareness and empowerment, the Thapar Institute Counselling Cell (TICC) hosted its first flagship event, "LUMINESCENCE," on September 6, 2023.
The event aimed to challenge stereotypes, dismantle barriers, and eliminate the taboo around mental health. Notably, 'LUMINESCENCE' was also live-streamed on YouTube, ensuring it reached a broad audience, including students, faculty, and anyone eager to engage with this vital initiative. An esteemed panel was organized to enlighten and inspire students on this crucial topic.
This distinguished panel included Madam Gurpreet Kaur Deo (Spl.Director General of Police, Community Affairs Division and Women Affairs, Punjab), Mrs. Aman Grewal (Mrs. India Worldwide), and Mr. Aman Sood (Chief of Bureau, The Tribune). The event concluded on a memorable note, with a captivating dance performance, leaving the audience with a profound sense of enthusiasm and empowerment.
